We all are valuable but most of us are oblivious to makes us valuable.   The understanding of what makes us valuable is relevant to become the person we are created to be. What distinguishes the great from the mediocrities is the recognition of what makes them valuable and growing from that place. Power brings fear to the people around. When you are powerful, you become fearful to the people that have less power. Power is measured by position, those in high positions like the manager of a company have more power than the receptionist and whenever someone gives you his power, he has given you his position. This can also be explained in a case whereby you get promoted to the position of a manager which means that you now have the power of a manager. Without position, power is not felt.    Everyone have a position in life and when you live outside of your position, you miss the opportunity to activate your power. We are living our life in the person we become. We become a teacher, doctor, lawyer or preacher and each one of these person we become have different life. We go through academics or other means to become the person we want to be. We get taught things that will build us into a doctor or preacher. The reason why we chase after becoming is because we do not know who we are, we try to fit into a person through becoming hoping that the person we become will come to be who we are. We do everything to maintain how we look. So much resource, money is forked out on the way we look, trying to make our outlook perfect hoping by so doing we are making who we are perfect which in reality is absolute baloney because your outlook and who you are, are two separate discussions. Living in a world where people get to judge, select who they want to be with or marry by the outlook has led us to indoctrinate the belief of our outlook being so much relevant that for most, it has become their ultimate goal in life. As we live as we grow, we see life different from ours when we meet people from different culture, race and nationality.   We know so much about everything happening outside of us but little of what’s taking place on the inside, we are so inquisitive about people and never paying attention to ourselves. As we begin to live in the ages of life, our physical appearance changes because it knows that there is something more to it that must be reached and the only way it can become the more is by growing. Growing refers to the change that comes with you becoming the more you perceive of yourself and so it is possible to change and not grow when you aren’t aware of the more to you than you know.
